Fri 1st Aug NEW NUS WEBSITE WANTS NEW BANDS...

A new NUS website will soon be online and they hoping to host some music videos on the site. As they expecting to attract around 5 million visitors, it would be a really good opportunity for new bands to reach a wide student audience.
 
What they want from you is a short video, which should start with the band talking briefly about something relevant to students - whether it's their own experience of being students, forming a band at university, playing a gig at a student union, or even a message to students about getting involved in a particular campaign or issue. It would then lead into a live song, the whole thing lasting around 3-4 minutes.
 
Get in touch with catherine.dolman@nus.org.uk as soon as possible, that would be great as they are hoping to have some videos ready in time for the launch in early August.
