Yes Cadets
So hot off the press they’ll burn your fingers. As the latest band to emerge from an exploding Northern Irish music scene they are all set to whip up a storm on both sides of the Irish Sea and beyond. They have taken the working men’s approach to practicing over the last few months, spending every available hour locked up rehearsing in an old West Belfast linen mill. The result is something very special indeed. Spectral synths and jagged guitar lines swirl around a foot-stomping rhythm section and fiery boy-girl vocal that would fill any dance-floor at the drop of a heartbeat. All the right influences are taken and zapped with ten thousand volts worth of electric attitude and charm to make even the coolest headed indie aficionado pump their fist in the air.

Science Will Save Us
After 7 minutes a funk-laden groove emerged out of the silence. A further 3 minutes later concentrated bubbles of hard rock began to effervesce and mix with the funk vapours already in the air.
When the contents of the flask was allowed to cool to room temperature, complex harmonic particles formed in the rock/funk mixture, with a smooth melodic miniscus lining the top of the flask.
Conclusion: Science Will Save Us.
