Circa Snow are a new Bath based four piece, fusing energetic pop-rock with soulful melodies and rich instrumental sounds. Frontman Stefan Kelk is described by Davey Ray Moor as "A Million Dollar Vocalist", and the three youngsters and drummer are veterans of Bath Spa Uni's open mic events. Now they are launching their sound across the city's venues, writing new material for their first headline gig at Moles, following their debut at the club in December.'
Headspace
Whenever you hear a bunch of demos from a new band, it does not matter how promising those demos may sound the acid test will always be, can they reproduce this in a live setting. Many groups have failed before they got going because they just couldn’t cut it live. Headspace are in their element playing live and it is a measure of how much they enjoy the gigging side of their career by the response of the audience, who charge onto the dance-floor and disport themselves with all the subtlety and finesse of whirling dervishes in the advanced state of delirium. Headspace possess a lightness of touch and wry humour that might even strike a cord with Thom Yorke or P.J.Harvey. It hasn’t happened overnight though for each band member has embraced a variety of styles - heavy-rock, the blues, thrash, prog-rock – at one point or another working out what suited them best.

They bring a mix of ska, reggae and rock with a full brass section. They are currently studying at Bath Spa University and have created a great following in the area.
Sarah Doe
Singer, guitarist and songwriter from Dunstable. Over the past three years, she has become a regular on the live circuit in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamhire; playing acoustic shows on a regular basis and sharing her music with new audiences each night.
