Formed in Hull in 2002, The Paddingtons smashed their way onto the music scene with their infectious blend of raw anthemic punk/pop, taking no prisoners as they fast established themselves as the darlings of the London 'Inide' scene exploding at that time.

Fast forward 7 years, 4 top 40 singles, a critically acclaimed debut album 'First Comes First', sold out tours all over the world and an army of devoted fans later, the band were in love with being a band but were left disillusioned with the industry itself. In 2007 they decided to to take their music into their own hands and created an independent record label, 'Mama-Bear Records' from which they released their long awaited second album, 'No Mundane Options'.

Currently the band are preparing to release 'Shame About Elle', a FREE single from their album 'No Mundane Options' in mid November. The lads are also working on a new EP set for release in February, The Lady Boy EP will feature 5 new tracks including a duet with Adam Green, called 'Lady Boy'. The band will tour November and December in the UK and Europe in support of the single release.
