Since the Kaiser Chiefs declared it open in 2004, Club NME has been THE place to catch the hottest new bands at the very beginnings of their careers. Klaxons, The Gossip Foals, Glasvegas - they've all carted their gear through the back doors of a Club NME before hitting the big time. Add to this the best local DJs mixing the hits tomorrow with the classics and you have the best night in town.

The lo-fi Indie Pop project of Matt Bigland (formerly of Mother Vulpine) based in Leeds. Taking balanced influences from Foo Fighters and Weezer, with elements of Pavement and Biffy their dynamic performances have been a hit with reviewers everywhere leading to many industry folk tipping them as one to watch in 2009. Their self-released single ‘My Rock N’Roll’ was a ‘single of the week’ on the Zane Lowe show on Radio 1.
