The Beetroot Kings are a mansfield based five piece folk/rock/indie band who formed in may 2007. A raw powerful and infectious sound to the songs. The sound and style is unique yet palatable to just about any music enthusiast and thus the band has gained a strong following. The calling e.p is the first studio release from the beetroot kings, they are currently finishing off their first album which will be self released in August.

The Volt are frontman and powerhouse vocalist, rhythm guitarist and master of the harmonica Sam Brookes, on lead guitar Jack Kendrew with blistering licks, Phoebe Phillips mistress of the bass guitar, introducing the newest member on drums Domenico Bartolo. In their first year together with well over 50 gigs under their belt. They have had a cracking time playing some legendary venues such as The Half Moon in Putney, The Dublin Castle in Camden and The Hope and Anchor in Islington. Come and hear them play their own brand of original and dynamic songs and enjoy the vibe.

Zadkiel
are a three piece Alternative Rock/Indie band from Nottingham. They reformed early in 2007 after several different incarnations, They have produced 2 stunning Eps - Inverted Heaven and The Ethereal Fear, Fronted by singer songwriter Dan Heathcote, Zadkiel have been described as Nirvana meets Jeff Buckley. Hauntingly beautiful vocals and dystopian harmonies. Darkly euphoric, apocalyptic, cryptic and sensual. Blissed out alternative rock that mines the weird territory of H.R Giger and harnesses the vivid power of William Blake's spiritual symbolism.

The Silver Tongues play psychedelic Soul. Psychedelic. That's head music. Music for getting out of your box to. Blowing your mind to. Soul. That's dancing feet music. Music for getting your groove on to. Buzz-saw guitars, swirling Hammond & fat-back drums are where it's at. The Silver Tongues are funky like Jimi Hendrix's Band Of Gypsy's were funky, even how Led Zep were funky when they wanted to be...we're talking about godzilla-heavy grooves, spaced-out, sky-kissin' rock 'n' roll nailed to the floorboards by a rhythm section who don't give a damn about a thing but rattling your skull & moving your feet. This is how bands used to do it, when drum & bass meant Ringo & Macca, when every member of a band was indispensable.
